It is with deep sorrow and profound respect that Life Care Supreme OPC announces the passing of our dear colleague and pioneer agent, Julio A. Santos, who served the company faithfully from 2004 to 2023.
Manong Julio, as he was lovingly known by his fellow agents and planholders, was among the first generation of FLC field agents who tirelessly walked the streets and barangays of Sultan Kudarat — explaining life care plans to families who had never heard of pre-need planning before.
A Legacy of Service
In nearly two decades of service, Julio enrolled over 1,200 planholder families — many of whom later filed successful claims that brought dignity to their loved ones' final journey. He was a recipient of the FLC Faithful Service Award (2015) and Top Agent — Sultan Kudarat Region (2011, 2014).
He is survived by his wife, Maria, three children, and seven grandchildren — each of whom is covered by a Life Care Supreme plan he personally enrolled.
Tribute from the Executive Office
"Julio was not just an agent. He was a bridge. He brought our mission into homes we might never have reached on our own. His work lives on in every family he served." — FLC Executive Director
A company-wide memorial tribute was held at the Koronadal Main Office on July 5, 2026. His family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Life Care Foundation Community Relief Fund.
